

At a minimum, I would add a fuse on the +12V input. You likely have a high current power supply coming into it. Your input power has no protection on it. You should have some gate resistance, especially as I would not expect a very high frequency for the heater MOSFETs. In fact, IRLZ44 is probably better in nearly every meaningful way (again, just from the summary). I haven't done any simulations or compared more than the summary on the datasheets, but both IRLZ44PBF and FQP30N06L might be suitable.
